Shipping & Store Policies

ESTIMATE DELIVERY 

♥️ Orders will typically take 1-3 business days to process

♥️ Orders in the United States/Canada typically takes 3-6 business days to arrive after shipment

♥️Orders outside of the United States/Canada typically take 2-8 weeks to arrive after shipment. I do not accept orders from the UK at this time

♥️ Expedited shipping offers are coming soon

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

♥️ Shipping, unless stated, comes with insurance and tracking fufilled by Chit Chats

♥️ Using code FREESHIP (with a purchase of $45+) works for both domestic and international orders. These packages will be tracked and insured. 

♥️ If you purchase a preorder item with an in stock item, your items will ship with the preorder. If you want the in stock items sooner, please purchase them separately

♥️If you chose shipping with no tracking, kindly understand I am not responsible for damaged or lost mail once it ships out. Please consider this carefully before choosing this option. 

♥️ I am not responsible for customs or tax fees associated with receiving your order. 

 

RETURN POLICIES

♥️ I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery 

♥️ I only accept returns for full price items. Sale items, Grade B/C pins, or value sets may not be returned or exchanged.

♥️ Returned Items must be sent back by the customer within 7 days of initiating the refund and must include tracking.

♥️Once item is received, a refund will be given within 7 days, minus handling fees. 

♥️ If you chose to ship without tracking, I cannot offer a refund. I can only offer free untracked shipping with a repurchase.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

♥️ If a package was damaged, lost, or different than what you ordered, please email me @ [email protected] 

Please include your full name, order number, and photos (if any) of the damaged/incorrect items.

♥️ For untracked shipped items, i am not responsible for lost or damaged packages

♥️ If an order was returned to me or did not arrive due to an error that is not mine (ex: incorrect address provided, order was not picked up, package was refused due to unpaid customs fees, etc.), you may decide to  have the order reshipped with a reshipment fee and restock fee(20%). Or, you can decide to receive a partial refund of 40% instead, minus shipping and handling charges.
